Scope:
2D materials including graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) and black phosphorous (BP) are a new class of materials with exceptional properties for creating potential applications in novel electronics, opto-electronics, spintronics, as well as the wearable and energy devices. Recent progress was focusing on exploiting new physical/chemical phenomenon and developing novel technologies for synthesis 2D materials and their potential applications.

- 2D material preparation, functionalization, and characterizations
- 2D-based devices integration and process technologies
- Fundamental Science: Theoretical as well as experimental aspects such as valleytronics, 2D phononics/Thermoelectrics, interface engineering, and heterostructures
