Scope:

This symposium focuses on materials science and engineering of thin film materials for sustainable energy, semiconductor, optical, optoelectronic, tribological, protective and biological applications. All aspects concerning renewable, sustainable fuel production, energy saving, storage and conversion, semiconductor, optoelectronic, optical, tribology, friction and wear, adhesion, corrosion, hardness, oxidation, mechanical properties evaluation, bioelectronics, biosensors, tissue engineering and self-assembly hybrid thin film materials are within the scope of the symposium.

Presentations in thin film materials advances, structural design, fabrication, manufacture, modeling, electronic, optical, optoelectronic property analysis, as well as specific property characterization are all welcome.
